RETURN POLICY

At Shoppe India, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

1. The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
2. The return request is initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) accompanies the return.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact our Customer Service at returns@shoppeindia.in or contact@shoppeindia.in within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you on how to send back the product.
4. Pack the product securely with all original items and documents.
5. Ship the product to the return address provided by our Customer Service team, preferably using a tracked courier.

REFUNDS

1. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process refunds within 7–10 business days.
2. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or defective goods.
4. Shoppe India will bear return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.

EXCHANGES

1. For exchanges, follow the return process and specify your request for an exchange.
2. Our team will assist with replacement options.

2. Returns due to change of mind may be subject to return shipping charges.
3. Altered, misused, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
